There are four different mattress sizes listed below. If you are on the market for a full size mattress you might go ahead and consider a queen size mattress, because when it comes to selecting bedroom sets you are very limited in your selection in full size.

Twin Size Mattress: Are the most popular sets to buy for your kids, but you should still buy a good mattress for them because a poorly made mattress could cause back pains, not getting a enough sleep which could effect their school grades. Full Size Mattress: Are the least sold mattress because the size between a full size and queen size are about the same cost, and there is only 6" difference in the width of the mattress.

Queen Size Mattress: Are perhaps the most popular in size because it's still big enough for couples, but yet small enough for people that may have small bedrooms.

Eastern King Mattress: Are the most popular mattress for married couples and when it comes to shopping for a bedroom set, most all your furniture stores show you sets that are for a Eastern King.

California King Mattress: Are made for very tall people. So should you need a new bedroom set you need to ask the salesman if they have any California King Sets in stock.
