Memory Foam Mattress
Memory Foam was originally developed for NASA during it's space program in to help improve safety of aircraft cushions to support astronauts during lift-off. In the early 1990's Tempur-Pedic was the first company to offer a Memory Foam Mattress. The main benefits of a Memory Foam Mattress is that it conforms to your body when you lay down to help reduce your pressure points. (Which is why most people toss and turn in a regular mattress) Another benefit to people who own a Memory Foam Mattress is that you do not disturb your partner getting in and out of the bed. Unlike a regular mattress where you can just roll over you will find a Memory Foam Mattress quite different because the memory foam conforms to your body, which means you can't just roll over like a regular mattress. This may take a little time to get use to, but after a week or two you should be able to adjust to rolling over on your mattress. If you get warm easily while sleeping, a Memory Foam Mattress may not be your best choice when selecting a mattress because memory foam locks in the heat. There are a lot of manufactures that offer lots of different Memory Foam Mattresses and this can be real confusing when selecting a mattress. The thickness of a mattress does not matter because most of the mattress is the foam core, what really matters the most is how much memory foam is in the mattress itself. Also be sure you are buying a American Made mattress because it needs to meet federal guide lines for fire safety. We Offer Two Types Of Mattresses: 6" Foam Mattress (No Memory Foam) Starts At $299.00 For A Queen Size 8" Memory Foam Mattress Starts At $545.00 For A Queen Size |
