My wife and I both have arthritis and we had tried several mattresses including water beds but we were uncomfortable and unhappy with what we were sleeping on. We bought an air bed. This was over twelve years ago and I can say that our sleep problems are over. Each of us can adjust our side to a firmer or softer comfort level that we desire without affecting the other’s comfort. I can say this is the best bed I have ever slept on.

My air pumps recently quit working. I e-mailed your company and they were very helpful. Their Customer Service responded with a telephone call and I was able to resolve my problem by re-plugging one of the electrical cords that had become unplugged.
