Our Warranty By Air Mattress Adjustable Bed As Follows:
The first 5 years no additional charge for SKU Models: Swan, Phoenix, Egret. The next 15 years will be at our cost, plus shipping.

The first 3 years no additional charge for SKU Models: BTDST, BTDFD, OTRSFB, OTRSTS. The next 17 years will be at our cost, plus shipping. Note: These Models Are For RV'S & Truck Drivers.

This warranty is only good if you order a product directly from Air Mattress Adjustable Bed, we will not honor an request for replacement parts at cost, if you purchased with a different Company other than Air Mattress Adjustable Bed. 

Air Mattress Adjustable Bed warranty is exclusively for our customers only.

If you did not purchase a product from us you will need to contact the Company where you purchased your mattress from about your warranty, and or you may purchase replacement parts from us at our retail price.

At time of request for replacement part, you agree to provide us with a receipt proving that you indeed purchased a product from us. We cannot or will not honor any replacement part at cost without a receipt proving you ordered a product directly from us. However it is sometimes possible for us to find your order, and the date of purchase.

Your Air Mattress Bed must have an Absorption Protective Bed Cover, in order to keep your warranty in to effect.

Warranty for our Mattress Cover Is For Five Years.

Defective Parts: Should we send you a defective part, you must return that part back to us. If you do not return the defective part within two weeks after we sent you the replacement, we have the right to charge your credit card for the full amount until the part is returned. If after 45 days the part is not returned we will not credit back the charges on your card.

Foam Mattress:
Any of our foam mattresses we will give you a 30 day sleep trail, you must try your mattress a least 20 days before contacting us about a return. Because we cannot or will not resale the mattress, we ask you to send us back the original receipt from the Salvation Army proving you gave them the mattress. If nothing else we want to help a family in need. Will will return all your money back except 20% because we are still out money for the shipping cost, and time for our staff to do any returns.

Air Mattress Adjustable Bed has the right to cancel any order due to website errors. We will credit back your credit card with a full refund due to website errors.


For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers’ access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers’ access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company, terms you understand and agree that no returns on custom made mattresses and  that Air Mattress Adjustable Bed shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the Air Mattress Adjustable Bed have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
