Your cover for the SP7000 is made from a high-end anti-microbial cotton ticking. Which means the cover of the SP7000 is processed with a series of special treatments designed to make it so clear and clean it becomes truly hypoallergenic in relation to dust mites and mold. The 12 inch profile of our SP7000 with a 3 inch (removable for fluffing) European Box Pillow Top, combines an all-way-stretch cotton ticking with anti-microbial and hypoallergenic fibers that is tack and jump quilted to 2 inches of Quiltflex™.

Your SP7000 cover has a Griptite™ non-slip bottom, 6-inch multi-directional baffle designed air chambers, cloth covered advanced perimeter support,a moisture guard cover panel, 1.5-inch super soft chamber foam, (upgradeable to 1.5 inch Visco Elastic Memory Foam). The 3-inch European Box Pillow Top is quilted to high loft Quiltflex™ and our edge-to-edge posi-zoned comfort grid.

The cover is tack and jump stitched, which keeps the cover at it's fullest and most luxurious profile, with a deep, soft feel. The super soft 3.5 inch thick European box PillowTop contains refluffable QuiltFlex™, a revolutionary foam that virtually eliminates the possibility of body impressions. When tested in quilting construction, QuiltFlex™ retained 90 percent of its original loft, even after tests that simulated 10 years of average use. QuiltFlex™ also consistently offers approximately 20 percent greater airflow under compression than fiber and is capable of picking up and dissipating 9 times the moisture of standard fiber. It then dissipates that moisture 4 times faster than fiber.

The dual controls are ergonomically designed and easy to use, including LED readouts. Some air beds use black LCD digits on a grey background, which can be hard to see.

Connections:
Our air hose is permanently sealed to the air chamber to eliminate the possibility of air loss! We use a special flexible air hose at the time of manufacture to create this single unit with no external connections.

Also the hose includes an imbedded layer of surgical steel coil to help create a quieter and more responsive inflation process. Improved pump life and more precise control are also results of this kink free design.

Foam Rails:
Our foam rails use an interlocking sling system to keep the mattress square and true. The design maximizes the sleeping surface to provide the largest sleep surface possible.
