Your cover for the SP9000 is made from the highest quality Belgian Damask, the cover on the 4 inch thick European Box Pillow Top is tack and jump stitched which keeps the cover at it's fullest and most luxurious profile, with a deep, soft feel. Quilted within the pillow top is two inches of impression resistant Quiltflex™ and 18 ounces of natural wool blend.

When tested in quilting construction, QuiltFlex™ retained 90 percent of its original loft, even after tests that simulated 10 years of average use. QuiltFlex™ also consistently offers approximately 20 percent greater airflow under compression than fiber and is capable of picking up and dissipating 9 times the moisture of standard fiber.

Your SP9000VX cover has a Griptite™ non-slip bottom, 6-inch multi-directional baffle designed air chambers, cloth covered advanced perimeter support,a moisture guard cover panel, 1.5-inch super soft chamber foam, (upgradeable to 1.5 inch Visco Elastic Memory Foam). The magnificent 4-inch European Box Pillow Top, with 18 ounces of wool blended high loft Quiltflex™ and edge-to-edge posi-zoned comfort grid surrounds the 3 inches of reinforced specialy comfort foam which is accessible through a hidden zipper.

Connections:
Our air hose is permanently sealed to the air chamber to eliminate the possibility of air loss! We use a special flexible air hose at the time of manufacture to create this single unit with no external connections.

Also the hose includes an imbedded layer of surgical steel coil to help create a quieter and more responsive inflation process. Improved pump life and more precise control are also results of this kink free design.

Foam Rails:
Our foam rails use an interlocking sling system to keep the mattress square and true. The design maximizes the sleeping surface to provide the largest sleep surface possible.
